This website provides you with all of the tools you need to find your perfect home. On the Home Page you'll find 5 clickable tabs at the top:

• "ABOUT US" which got you to this page.
• "SEARCH ALL HOMES" opens up a window to allow you to search the entire Phoenix Metro area for a home that suites your needs.  All homes listed for sale are at your fingertips.
• "SEARCH COMMUNITIES" opens to a map showing the location of all of the major communities and cities of the Phoenix metro area.  Click anywhere on the map to activate it.  Then click on any community or city name to go to an information page for that community.  On every community's information page there is a "SEARCH PROPERTIES FOR SALE" link that you can click to begin a search that is limited to that community only.
• "MORTGAGE CALCULATOR"  Found a great house but you're unsure if you can afford it?  This calculator is a great way to calculate what your payment will be!
• "CONTACT US"  Your easy access to contact us directly for a prompt reply.  Don't worry ... We won't barrage you with any more information than you want!  We won't pester you or in any way make you regret that you sent us your contact information!  We are here to serve you at the level you desire.

About Alex & Michelle, Personally 

Michelle and Alex are originally from Morgantown, West Virginia.  In 2000, they decided to sell their very successful veterinary hospital and move to Scottsdale to begin the second half of their lives where the sun never stops shining. 

In 2003, Michelle began a Real Estate business that skyrocketed from the day she joined the Scottsdale Association of Realtors.  Her energetic attention to detail and her kind and truly caring attitude quickly resulted in a long list of extremely satisfied clients who then referred friends and family. 

Due to the rapid growth of Michelle's business she quickly needed help.  So, she enlisted the help of her husband, Alex (often called "Doc" by those who know him).  Alex took some time away from his veterinary medical career to became a real estate agent himself.  Although he is still a practicing veterinarian, "Doc" has taken on the role of the "worker bee" in the background of Michelle's real estate business as Michelle's assistant.   

Now known as the real estate team, "The Casuccios," this duo brings the excellent client care that they perfected in the veterinary profession right into their real estate business.  Both Michelle and Alex are truly concerned about the wellbeing of their clients and they always put the best interest of their client before all else. 

Uniquely, The Casuccios offer Real Estate Sales with a truly Pet-Friendly attitude!  If you are a pet lover, count on them to find the perfect home for you and your pets!  If you are a horse owner, they bring a specialized knowledge into Horse Property sales as well.  They even own two quarter horses of their own!
